Contact us by phone or email and submit a request describing in as much detail as possible, what it is you’re looking for. Feel free to include sketches or anything else you feel will help get the idea across.

- Size
Within one week you will receive several mockups of the final design, of which you can pick your favorite and are encouraged to suggest edits.
Keep in mind:
The length of this process is largely up the the customer as you may make multiple suggestions and receive multiple sets of mockups (free of charge).
Once you are satisfied with the style size, and materials, we will negotiate pricing and time frame. Confirm your interest, and we will begin work on your custom mask, helm, or headdress.

- Time Frame – If you are commissioning a piece for a specific event, please be sure to act early, as short timeframes will effect overall price
Upon completion, you will receive (via your preferred method of contact) a completion confirmation with attached photos and videos. Following payment, your custom piece will be delivered to a location of your choosing.
